Days Inn recognized the need for a culture change to improve franchisees’ service delivery. Verse Group extended the Days Inn narrative to include branded customer service experiences for guests. The new culture is reinforced by a new “Promise as Sure as the Sun” service training program. This change is made visible to consumers through refreshed designs. As a result, Days Inn has reached a higher ranking in the JD Power customer satisfaction survey.
